Where a site encounters issues that cannot wait until the next Site Maintenance visit, our Helpdesk service is available to you and your staff 24 hours a day.
Our Helpdesk can be contacted for non-urgent issues by email via the Contact Us page of this site, and for urgent issues by telephone on (02) 9986 2292.
Our trained engineers can either talk your staff through the difficulty over the phone, or remotely connect to the PC or server in question to investigate and fix the problem.
